Career Summary and Current Responsibilities

Marlene Spritzer entered the commercial real estate field in 1997 and formed Spritzer Commercial Properties in 2005. She was a Director with GVA
Advantis from 2001-2005, specializing in brokerage and leasing for office, retail, flex, land and investment properties. Prior to 1997, Ms. Spritzer was a member of the legal staff of Duke University where she was Assistant
University Counsel for Health Affairs. She was a litigation attorney with
Leboeuf, Lamb, Leiby and MacRae in the firm’s Raleigh, NC office. She also practiced law in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia before locating to North Carolina in 1986. Marlene is a native of Pittsburgh, and currently resides in Durham,
N.C.
